  1. 1. An IP address is a unique set of numbers to identify a device that may be a client or a server. This allows the transfer of files through the web to the IP of the client or server.
  2. 2. A domain name is a .com or.org address that links to an IP address. This simplifies the process so instead of typing in the IP of the server that hosts the website, the domain name is simpler and takes you to the website.
  3. 3. HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language
  4. 4. The default page of a website is called the index.
  5. 5.The image tag, "img src" Identifies a link as an image for it to be displayed.

  1. A server is a special computer that hosts a website or stores information. This is different than a computer that acts as a client going to different servers, the server has lots of different computers coming to it's IP
  2. To start an html table you use < table> and < /table> tages with< tr> and < /tr> for each row and withing that row < td> and < /td> for each column.(spaces make the tags visible for these questions)
  3. An Iframe tag allows you to link an external web page inside your website. The website can be browsed and used within your website.
  4. The < a> tag allows you to link an external site as a website link. It will add a clickable link in the form of text or a picture.
  5. The < tr> tag adds a row to a table, this row can contain < td> takes making columns on that table.

    A website design process usually takes 12-16 hours and costs around 4,000 dollars with huge websites costing around 100,000 websites with a much longer design cost.
